Native plants seem to be able to live anywhere. More often than not, we demean them with the weed label (Goldenrod comes to mind!) But not all native plants are undesirable.
These Blackeyed Susans are literally growing in a crack in the sidewalk. Tough buggers. I take pity on them and give them water during dry spells.
The other weeds get pulled up!
