There was a two week period of scorching heat, and the flowers were not happy about that. THen we got some rain and just like that, they've recovered.

Your garden looks so lush now. We rarely have rain in the summer which must seem odd to you. Rain typically falls October to May. The first time I went east I was amazed at the summer downpours.
ReplyDeleteWe have the sort of thunderstorms that are very localised and very strong. In the space of an hour we can go from full sun to an inch of rain and back to full sun. And 5 miles away, they were dry the whole time.
