Halfway up

This is halfway up from the bottom of the vale where the Cowhorn Creek flows.  Those are two storey houses, so one gets a sense of how far the creek has cut down from the top.  These houses are almost invisible in the spring and summer because of the underbrush and leaves.

  1. I would think in summer there is no view at all.

  2. That's quite a creek bed. By the way, I used to live in Troy!

  5. Interesting shot. Halfway up is better than going down. Like a glass half full. haha
Once the trees and shrubbery leaf out you won't see much. MB

  6. Interesting light through the trees - I was a bit luck with my landscape shoot, there was not a huge range of light and shade - so it made getting the reflection a bit easier.
