Pine trees growing in the HG Reist Wildlife Sanctuary in Niskayuna (just east of Schenectady proper.) It's a great place to go for a walk, dense trees and several decently marked paths. Poison ivy in the wet areas, but if you stay on the trails it isn't an issue. Saw a woodpecker but he didn't photograph very well with the point and shoot camera.Here's where to find the Sanctuary. There's a small bit of parking at the north end, on Morgan Av.
