Monarch butterfly

I cropped this one to enhance the butterfly among the grape leaves.  It's amazing to think that this fragile looking creature flew all the way from Mexico, but they do it.

  1. It is pretty amazing to think of the length of their migration. Can you imagine how many there must be when they start emerging from their chrysalises? Now that would be a sight to see!
