Winter Market crowd

Every Sunday, we have a farmer's market downtown.  In the winter months, it's held indoors, at Proctor's Theatre.  Well, not in the theatre, but in the same building.  There's a large-ish space upstairs and some more room downstairs.  Typically, there's a separate band playing on each floor; local bands, local farmers.  This is a photo of the crowd downstairs swirling around the vendors.

  1. I love farmers markets. I wish we had them year round out here. They always seem to be so vibrant and full of activity. How lucky for you!

  2. Hm, Sally started her comment exactly the same way I had planned to - I love farmers markets. We are lucky to have one year round, twice a week - outside. I'm also a big fan of indoors markets. I like your lively picture.

  3. I love farmers markets as well! We have an upscale version in Seattle called Pike's Market, not like the regular farmer's markets, but it does have incredible flowers, fruit, vegetables and just about anything you could want and the quality is excellent. Thanks for your visit/comment! Your other commenter and I spent part of a fun day together when she came to Seattle last week! Always fun meeting fellow bloggers! Hope you have a great week!
