Rabbie Burns Day

Today is the birthday of the Scottish poet Robert Burns.  I'm not sure I can convince the family to partake of a Burns supper, but I can at least wear my kilt to work.  It's still 0F outside.  Woolen socks help a lot.

  1. Kilts in 0 degrees is a brave act. Hope you find some takers on the Burns dinner. My advice is skip the haggis and go right to the whiskey.

  2. You're brave indeed! I just read about vegetarian haggis, in case folks are too unsure about the meat version:)

  3. P.S.: save me some haggis (the real thing!)

  4. Were you the only one in a kilt? How did it work out?
