No flowers here

This is what most of the lawns look like now that we've been hot and dry for more than a month.  I hope this monarch butterfly finds some food for its migration!

  1. Geez, I didn't realize how brutal the weather has been to you there. Rain is definitely called for and soon!

  2. The local farms keep looking for rain. We aren't in an official drought, merely abnormally dry. Still, a few days of rain would be a good thing.
